Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 75g oat flour

  • 2 cans of ProTin Tuna Pâté

  • Breadcrumbs

  • 1 onion

  • Chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Mixture:
Finely chop the onion.
In a bowl, mix the oat flour, ProTin Tuna Pâté, chopped onion, and seasonings.

Shape the Croquettes:
Combine well until smooth.
Form small balls or croquette shapes with the mixture.

Coat and Cook:
Beat the eggs in a shallow dish.
Dip each croquette in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.

Cooking Options:

  • Air Fryer: 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes

  • Oven: 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes

  • Frying: Deep-fry until golden (drain on paper towels)
