Tuna Protein Pate Croquettes

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 75g Oatmeal
- 2 cans Pate Protein Tuna Protin
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 onion
- Parsley, pepper and salt to taste
Preparation Method:
Start by chopping the onion. Then, add the flour, pate, onion and seasonings to a bowl. Mix all the ingredients together. With the mixture in the bowl, make small balls, the size you think is ideal. Beat the egg, and coat the croquettes in the eggs and breadcrumbs. Place in the Air Fryer at 200ºC for 15 minutes, or fry in oil (let the oil drain well after frying).
