Pie with Mackerel Protein Pate

Ingredients:
- 500g mashed potatoes
- 3 cans of ProTin Mackerel Protein Pate
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50g tomato pulp
- 30g black olives
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation Method:
Start by chopping the onion, garlic clove and olives. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil in a pan. As soon as it starts to brown, add the tomato pulp, ProTin mackerel protein pate, spices, parsley and chopped olives. Leave to cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
In a terrine, place a layer of mashed potatoes on the bottom, place the stew in the middle, and cover with the remaining mashed potatoes. Bake for 15 minutes.
