500g mashed potatoes

3 cans of ProTin Mackerel Pâté

1 medium onion
 - 
1 garlic clove

50g tomato purée
 - 
30g black olives

3 tbsp olive oil
 
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
 Finely chop the onion, garlic, and olives.
 Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until lightly golden.
Add Ingredients:
 Stir in the tomato purée, ProTin Mackerel Pâté, herbs, and chopped olives.
 Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Assemble the Pie:
 In a baking dish, spread a layer of mashed potatoes on the bottom.
 Add the mackerel filling in the center.
 Top with the remaining mashed potatoes.
Bake:
 Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
 Bake the pie for about 15 minutes, or until golden on top.
