Ingredients:

  • 1 Focaccia of +/- 200g
  • 1 Low-fat Fresh Cheese
  • 1 can Protin Sardine Protein Pate
  • 1 handful of fresh arugula

Preparation method:

Start by toasting the focaccia. Fill the focaccia with the remaining ingredients and serve.
