Crudités or Green Board - with Spicy Tuna Protein Pate
What are Crudités?
Crudités is a French word meaning "raw vegetables". They are traditional French appetizers consisting of raw or lightly cooked vegetables and fruits, usually cut into uniformly sized strips, perfect for one or two bites and a great healthy and convenient snack.

Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 red pepper
- 50kg of wholemeal crackers
- 1 can of Protin Spicy Tuna Protein Pate
Preparation Method:
Cut the vegetables into sticks. Place the pate, crackers and vegetables on a plate. Enjoy your healthy meal.
To prepare the crudités ahead of time, chop the vegetables and place them in large bowls with lids. Add ice cubes, cover with water and store in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, drain the water. This will keep the crudités fresh and crispy for longer.
