Crudités ou Tábua Verde - c/ Pate ProTin de Atum Picante - ProTin

Crudités or Green Board – with ProTin Spicy Tuna Pâté

What Are Crudités?
“Crudités” is a French word meaning “raw vegetables.” This classic French appetizer features raw or lightly blanched veggies and fruits, usually cut into uniform sticks or bite-sized pieces — a healthy and convenient snack.

Total Time: 6 minutes
Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 celery stalk

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 50g whole-grain crackers

  • 1 can of ProTin Spicy Tuna Pâté

Preparation:
To prep your crudités in advance, slice the vegetables and place them in a large, lidded container. Add ice cubes, cover with water, and store in the fridge.
When ready to serve, drain the water — the veggies will stay crisp and fresh longer.

Arrange the ProTin pâté, whole-grain crackers, and veggies on a plate.

Enjoy your healthy, protein-rich snack!
