Wrap with Avocado and Pate Protein Mackerel Oregano

Ingredients:
- 1 Whole Wheat Wrap (Tortilla)
- Half a ripe avocado
- 1 handful of Red Cabbage
- 1 leaf of Iceberg lettuce
- 1 can of Mackerel Oregano Protein Pate Protin
- Pepper and salt to taste
Preparation Method:
Spread the protein pate on the wrap and, in the order you want, add the different ingredients and roll the wrap. In a previously heated frying pan, place the wrap for 2 minutes on each side, or use a toaster.
